images.jpgToday’s Magic Wand: If you haven’t heard of the “frog who will turn into a prince”, Paul Potts the humble cellphone salesman from South Wales who has stunned Britain with his outstanding voice–you have got to watch this You Tube video. The amazing thing is that Paul has never made any money singing professionally (unless you count a karaoke competition 9 years ago) and had not performed since 2003 when he competed. Seeing Paul’s dream come true will make you believe more in yours too…and if you like Paul’s audition performance for “Britain’s Got Talent”, then you better watch the next two rounds too. You might want to grab a tissue.

Listen to what Paul won: £100,000 and a Sony BMG contract, plus a chance to perform for the Queen. His debut CD was released last week.

Dreams do come true! Do what you were born to do.

I have seen this story of Paul mentioned from a few people and really enjoyed watching him. I love seeing stories of people like this just finding their God given talent and using it and in the process others all over the world are blessed directly and indirectly. That is what it is all about anyway right? Find what we were created to do and then do it faithfully, humbly and with gratitude. That is my desire. Go Paul!

We love Paul at our house, I’ve got to buy the CD..you have to watch the little girl Bessie Cursons’ My Fairy Lady and Mary Poppins performances too. Her final act wasn’t my favorite though. SHE’s ultra talented!! Connie the 6 yr old was really sweet too…

What a beautiful daughter. Your new personal write-up is nice and fresh. You are doing a great job with Start-up Princess. I enjoy reading it, but most of all, you are a wonderful person, mother, and you have a lovely family. May all your dreams come true.

Got something to say?
