*The trademark filed (with no opposition) allows for “retail store, mail order, ecommerce store and electronic catalog services selling the items such as apparel, party supplies, toys, games, novelties, pens, stickers, etc.” It took nearly 2 years to get the “Notice of Allowance” to start using the name as a trademark, the mark needs to be applied before October 2008 or you’ll need to file an extension.
