Pray & meditate first thing to center myself. I also try to go for a walk by the water which always calms & clears my mind

i have a power up routine that includes prayer, exercise, reading something motivational & listening to my ideal lifevision

to add value daily. I always ask “what questions am I answering today” at the beginning of the day
