Startup Princess Job Opening: Site Manager

It’s with great sadness that we say goodbye to our current site manager, Crystal Miller. Crystal has been a great addition to the Startup Princess team and we wish her all the best in her new endeavor.

That means we have an opening to join the Startup Princess team! If you or someone you know is interested have them email michelle (at) startupprincess (dot) com. Please include a resume and short paragraph as to why you’d be an excellent site manager.

Here’s the job posting:

Startup Princess is seeking a creative, dedicated, self-motivated site manager. This position is remote and can be done from home, provided you have internet access.

Duties include:
-Posting and publishing content on StartupPrincess.com
-Working with guest bloggers and Fairy Godmothers for content for the blog
-Finding and working with women business owners for the “Interviews” section of StartupPrincess.com
-Managing the online editorial calendar
-Managing and posting banners and buttons for advertisers
-Handling other minor administration tasks as needed

Job Requirements
-Knowledge of WordPress is preferred, but not required.
-Proficiency in typing, word processing and editing necessary.
-Being a self-starter and managing own work with little management a must.
-Being able to manage time efficiently and work quickly.
-Able to work with and talk to others via phone, email and internet.
-Knowledge of basic Search Engine Optimization is preferred, but not required.

10 +/- hours per month.
Wage depends on experience.
