What inspired you? My beautiful children.

How long have you been in business? 1 year in May of 2007.

How did you fund it? It only took a little bit of money to get started. My husband makes a great salary so I was able to use some of it. ☺

Do you have a Fairy Godmother (or Mentor)? I’m pretty much self-taught but I have met a handful of very, very supportive business people who have had many wonderful ideas and tips for me. I try to “pay it” forward too.

Do you belong to any Business Organization or Networking Groups? Sadly, no.

Current Business Challenge? Lack of time to do it all.

What are you doing about it? Being patient because once my little ones start school I’ll have more time to play with the business. I’m in no hurry, I adore my time with my children.

Favorite motivational quote: If there’s a will, there’s a way!

Family? I’m blessed to have such a beautiful, loving family!

If so, how do you balance family and business? I work when the kids are napping, sleeping at night and on weekends when hubby is home to play with them. ☺

Favorite book? I have only read kid books for the last 5 years. ☺

What do you do to relax? Long walks, soak in the spa, listen to music

What do you want to change most about your world? Less stress, more time to stop and smell the roses.

What are you most proud of? My children, my family!

What advice would you like to offer other Start Up Princesses? As long as you are passionate and dedicated to your business you will do well!

Favorite Magic Wand (tool/resource)? Asking questions from those business owners who like to help, pick their brains—there’s a wealth of priceless information that you won’t find from reading books.

If you could design a tiara, what precious stones would you use? Tanzanite

Would you be interested in being a Fairy Godmother to another woman entrepreneur? (I am working on a secure system to do this, any ideas?) Sure, I have limited time but I love to help answer questions.

What business subjects would you feel comfortable mentoring in? I can help people without any business background—that’s where I came from, I can encourage them along and show what I did and didn’t do etc.

Would you be interested in going to lunch with other women entrepreneurs for a “networking tea party”? It’s sounds lovely, I don’t have the time. ☹
