What inspired you? I worked as an Art School and Gallery director and saw the need to help artist succeed. I fell in love with the atmosphere and the creativity. Great artwork inspires me. I love pieces of artwork (especially sculpture) that makes me think, “How’s they do that?”

What are you doing about it? Cold Calls to interior designers, hotel & cruise ship buyers, spas, MD offices, networking, and this summer I’d like to attend a trade show.

How do you balance it all? Even without children I find it a challenge balancing a full time job and launching my startup business. How do Moms do it?

What do you do to relax? Write magazine articles (see my blog at www.freelancejulie.com), paint & run. I’m preparing for my first 5K in May. Yikes!
What do you want to change most about your world? I want to help artist sell their artwork through my art business, or by offering them business coaching skills. My goal is to guide them from a weekend hobby to a satisfying career.
What are you most proud of? Hmmm… not sure yet.
