images.jpgToday’s Magic Wand: I was inspired by Carrie & Danielle’s message to “listen to your feelings” and don’t be afraid to be unconventional in business strategy if you feel inclined to go another direction (for example, they created a little beautifully designed, poetic book instead of a traditional 1 page book inquiry letter to literary agents). They also emphasized to “follow your joy” and ask yourself, “does this bring me joy?”, do business with “ease” and go with your feelings in “getting the right people on your bus” (Jim Collins) for hiring, working with coaches, and other professionals.
