When I discovered it, I had been searching for something, anything to give me a boost. I will admit, I have yet to fully grasp it's potential but that is because, well, life keeps getting in the way. But see, that is the beauty of Kaira's book, it makes you see that as long as "life" gets in the way of you being YOU, the real you, it doesn't work. Thank you Kaira! AND!!! I finally figured out my one word...LOL it came to me while walking to work, reminiscing about the old me. This book has been my lifeline.
