Shelly has been a HUGE inspiration to me. I talked to her years before she started wholesale. I aquired about her work for my boutique when she just started out. I ended up becomming more of a studio doing my own work on furniture & customers own pieces.I had made several "canvas" paintings/signs for my own store(not for sale) I had so many wanting me to get into that, however I recommended her site. I was trying to make a name for myself(with my own style & product) & copying someones own idea & passion just felt so wrong. I admired her & was inspired by her but to Be me, do my own thing & hopefully grow, become successful with MY OWN DESIGNS & eventually be around to support & encourage others just like us; ~ That would allow for more growth & piece of mind & hopefully greater friendships. I love Shellys work and hate how BLATANTLY copied she is but I guess so many are trying to capture her lightning in a bottle..too bad it looks more like a bad fog!
