We had a fantastic
Startup Princess Touchpoint conference last week- lots of connections, inspiration, strategy and overall joy in entrepreneurship. We closed our event with our Video Marketing Competition and an attendee Boutique. The Video Marketing Competition was really tough! I couldn’t believe how close the voting was this year. All the finalists entries were loved and enjoyed by the attendees, but one stood out. And the winner was, Carrie Lundell’s for her children’s journal, This is Me. Watch her winning video here. The things I loved about Carrie’s video
(1) It was simple and effective (2) she captured her target market’s heart by appealing to their emotions (3) she had a call to action at the end (4) she didn’t “sell it” or even show her product so it made the viewer interested in what she was doing, thus getting them to go to her website.
