So, did you ever see the movie Sense and Sensibility, and you know how Edward Ferrars (Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson's love interest) has a sister named Fanny? Fanny is always going on about how her friends say that she has impeccable taste and manners and talents, etc. She would never want to put herself forward, oh no, but her friends do say that she is really quite something. A year ago a friend forwarded me the Adventures in Grocery Shopping post that was circulating from Ebay and asked me if I'd written it. I hadn't (UNFORTUNATELY!) and I didn't even realize at the time what a compliment it was that she would ask. Dawn is amazing, and if I could stop being jealous of her for five minutes, I just might have time to write something of my own. In the meantime, here are a few "Mommy" blogs I can recommend. They're not new or shocking (that I would like them), but they are all consistently entertaining, and if I miss them for more than a couple of days I feel deprived: ThePioneerWoman.com (life on a ranch w/ 4 kids) RocksInMyDryer.net (Southern Christian life w/ 4 kids) Dooce.com (not-your-typical-Utah life w/ Leta)
