Love this! I just linked it to the latest post in my TaskMaster series on my ADD-focused WordPress blog - warming up to the actual TimeMap itself - article in prep. MEANWHILE, followers can jump over here to get a preview of coming attractions.

BTW- since I train ADD coaches, the content of startuprincess will speak to quite a few of my readers. Hope some of them, at least, become YOUR readers too.

Thanks for sharing!

Kim, This is great! I can't wait to get home and rethink my calendar!
I would add only two thoughts. If possible, schedule time for exercise - it's so easy to put it to the back burner. I have three times a week for the gym carved out and pretty much set in stone. I find that if it's not on the schedule, it doesn't happen.
The other is as a working mom, I simply have too little time during the week to cook. Instead, I create a menu for the week and then we cook most of the food on Sunday afternoon as a family. Yes, that means that "Dad" is at the grill for a bit even in the winter and that our little one is "helping" me prep the vegetables. But it makes for a much less frantic pre-dinner hour, healthier eating with balanced meals and most importantly, we don't rely on take-out, which saves money and calories!
Hope that helps!
